Crafty Craft Craft

We have been busy around the house making and doing little projects for the last week or so.

Bought a collection of new plants for the house and D and I have replanted them all and given them good homes.

We also bought some terra cotta pots for our herbs and painted them. It was a fun project, I painted a few and D painted two himself.

I have been having a little crochet revolution and am currently working on too many projects. Today I picked a quick hat project to do and finished within two hours. It's a cute little hat, I like it but probably will not be wearing it out anywhere. Sometimes patterns look better on paper than in real life.

New Blog! Same Boring Bossy.

I have been told a lot lately that I focus on unhappiness so much that I am going to become stuck in it. Well my answer of course is to blog...fun. Yes times are tough and I am crying more often than not but I do have simple joys in this world.

My Simple Joys
  • Looking into D's big green eyes
  • Petting my dog Iggy
  • Baking for others
  • Watching my Garden grow
  • Cooking new recipes
  • Becoming friends with my Mom

My life is fairly boring but I thrive on consistancy, really. So I would love to share my new recipes, crochet projects and progress in the garden. I want to share the ups, and distract from the downs.
